Just like you, we are closely monitoring ever-evolving news of COVID-19. We understand the concerns felt by many regarding its spread and impact on our nation. As a company that serves customers all across the United States, it’s important that you know we are committed to doing our part to keep our team members, customers, and community healthy.
Keeping our team members and customers safe
We’ve taken precautionary steps in light of COVID-19 to safeguard the health and well-being of our team members and customers.
We have temporarily closed our front lobby to customers and have transitioned to curbside pickup or delivery for local orders. If you need to pick up an order in Valdosta, please call us at 229-244-5634 when you arrive at our plant and we will load your order into your car for you.
While sanitation is always important here at U.S. Press, we have taken extra steps to disinfect our plant and office daily and adopt recommended best practices from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
For our employees who cannot work at home, we’ve taken steps to make sure our staff is following the CDC guidelines for remaining 6′ apart at all times with others by moving and re-arranging work stations.
We realize that it is our civic duty to help stop the spread of COVID-19, and we have followed the recommendations put forth by the CDC to do our part.
Yes, we are still open to serve you
It is our honor to serve customers all across this great nation, and we are committed to continue serving you even during this difficult time. We understand that we provide a critical tool of communication for many businesses, organizations, and school systems throughout the United States, and we will continue to operate unless directed otherwise.
Although we have temporarily closed our front lobby in Valdosta, we are still maintaining normal customer service hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST. To place an order, you may call us at 800-227-7377 or shop online 24/7 at uspress.com.
Together, we will get through this difficult time. We look forward to continue serving you. Stay healthy, and God bless.
